Sarah Legendre Bilodeau, M.Sc.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of data science, Sarah has evolved in various application contexts including marketing, finance, insurance, distribution, technology, and public health.
Having co-founded Videns in 2018, she serves as the CEO. Over the past few years, she has assisted numerous organizations in Canada and France in developing innovative and high-performing data-driven solutions.
Sonia Montserrat, M.Sc.
Sonia holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence from HEC Montreal and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has over ten years of combined experience in analytics, business intelligence, project management and marketing.
In her role, she brings a wide range of skills to the table, including leading large-scale data valuation projects for our clients.
Virginie Boivin, M.Sc.
Virginie has been involved with data science since 2012. She has extensive experience in banking, insurance, and telecommunications, where she was responsible for advanced analytics of mobile telephony at a large Canadian operator.
She co-founded Videns's in 2018 and serves as its COO. Virginie also teaches and helps shape the AI training program at Cégep de Sainte-Foy.
Laurence B. Dumont, M.Sc.
Laurence holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering option from Laval University, where she had previously completed her Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After working for almost three years as a data scientist, she joined the Videns team to put her skills in linear programming and data migration to good use.
Laurent Barcelo, Ph.D.
Laurent is Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. During his 20 years at a large industrial group where he held positions in innovation management and R&D, Laurent quickly became convinced of the importance of "helping data speak" as a way of enabling informed business decisions.
Halfway through his professional career, Laurent decided to make data science his profession by completely investing himself in his passion.
Sébastien Duguay, M.Sc.
Sébastien recently implemented complex technological projects for analyzing digital documents and processing video data.
He has a passion for everything related to cutting-edge technologies, provides training on artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, and is a certified bitcoin expert.
Sébastien Fleury, M.Sc.
Sébastien holds a cooperative bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Business Intelligence Strategy, both from the University of Sherbrooke. With a wealth of experience in databases, he now specializes in data analysis and the implementation of business intelligence architecture.
He is a key ally in the design of data valorization strategies for our clients.
Baptiste Wieczorek, M.Sc.
Baptiste has a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and has played a role in aeronautics- and energy-related projects. His curiosity and passion for data prompted him to specialize in data science.
During his M.Sc., Baptiste developed a keen interest in network analysis and machine learning. He likes to challenge himself, both through athletics and when experimenting with new AI technologies.
Lounis Benakli, M.Sc
A student at ESG UQAM, Lounis is currently completing a master's degree in information technology. In addition, he already holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in computer science. Over the years, he has developed a passion for data and the world of analytics.
At Videns, he works on the development of technological solutions as part of our partnership for the implementation of the Observatoire Québecois de l'Autisme.
Michèle Chartrand, B. Ing.
After obtaining her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Michèle worked in the recreation and tourism sector, before moving on to the agri-food industry, where she was involved in distribution, logistics and customer service. She has acquired extensive experience in process management and analysis.
Michèle guides our customers in the development and implementation of innovative strategies focused on sustainable value creation.
Catherine Bourdeau-Laferrière, B.Sc.
With a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnique, Catherine began her career in the agri-food industry where she held various roles in operations management.
Having realized the importance of data in the decision-making process, she decided to make the leap into data science consulting. She is also completing a master's degree in AI with a focus on Industry 4.0 and machine learning.
Gabrielle St-Georges
With a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Université Laval, Gabrielle began her career as a management software implementation consultant. She has developed an expertise in the field of CRM implementation and enjoys customer relations as much as designing and developing solutions.
Passionate about data, she is pursuing a master's degree in artificial intelligence at Laval University.
Dany Labarre, M.Sc
With a bachelor's degree in computer science, a bachelor's degree in music composition and a master's degree in artificial intelligence from Laval University, Dany excels in problem solving, making the most of his great analytical skills.
Driven by a dual passion for mathematics and artistic creation, he finds his ultimate satisfaction when these two spheres come together.
Tony Buffard, B.Ing.
With more than 20 years of experience in programming, scientific research and statistics, Tony previously worked as a director of a large video game studio. He is a rigorous and analytical thinker who knows how to make data speaks in complex contexts.
His vast technical experience combined with strong analytical skills will bring him to work on many projects.
Mylène Bouchard, B.A.
With a bachelor's degree in Social communication, Mylène has over 15 years of experience in the field. Her great versatility leads her to manage social networks, oversee the maintenance of the website and make Videns shine in a thousand ways. Over the years, she has also developed a parallel expertise in computer graphics and programming.
A word wizard and lover of the French language, nothing escapes her eagle eye!
Alejandra Duarte, M.Sc.
With a Master's degree in Information Technology, Alejandra has nearly fifteen years of experience in designing analytical solutions, particularly in data architecture, integration and modeling.
Through her career, she has developed a vast expertise in business intelligence and now wishes to guide SMEs in setting up the foundations of their work in data valorization. Her passion is to put the right data where people need it, when they need it!
She is always challenged to bring untapped data to life and make it easy to use.
Frédérique M. Gagnon, M.Sc.
Frédérique holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management from Laval University, as well as a Master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from HEC Montréal.
She is passionate about problem solving and believes that the future of business decision making is undoubtedly data driven, with the proliferation and accessibility of data.
Andréanne Passarelli, B.A.A
Andréanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal. In the past, she has been a CRM business analyst and for various financial applications.
At Videns, she will work with our clients to develop strategies that create value and help in decision making. She will accompany companies in their efforts to comply with Bill 64 on the protection of personal information.
Valérie Tremblay
With an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Accounting, Valérie plays a key role in the company's administration.
She loves to learn new things and is looking forward to learning more about a subject that she had not explored much until now, artificial intelligence, while continuing to perfect her field of expertise.
Saoussen Mbarek, Ph.D.
In addition to his background in data science and business analysis at HEC Montreal, Saoussen also holds a Ph.D. in theoretical astrophysics, an M.Sc. in particle physics, and a B.Sc. in basic sciences, physics and chemistry.
Saoussen is a key member of the Videns team, which is developing a conversational agent prototype for people with autism.
Yassin El Makhrobi. M.Sc
Yassin holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering and image processing as well as a master's degree in computer science and is currently pursuing a master's degree in information technology at UQÀM. His background in computer science has also led him to discover a passion for data science.
Yassin is involved in the creation of technological solutions as part of our partnership for the implementation of the Observatoire Québécois de l'Autisme.
Eddy Devisse, B. Ing.
In addition to his bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Polytechnique Montréal, Eddy completed an East Asian studies program at the Université de Montréal, which led him to work in multimedia project management at a major telecommunications company in Japan. Subsequently, he was product manager and held various leadership positions for American and Caribbean companies in the technology sector.
With extensive expertise in business solutions development, data management and AI, he leads Videns's high value-added digital transformation projects for companies.

Émile Zerbib, B.A
With a bachelor's degree in management and applied economics, Émile joined the Videns team with a solid background in the banking sector, where he worked in fraud detection and other financial crimes.
At Videns, Émile will put his experience to good use in cash flow forecasting, in addition to participating in the development of artificial intelligence solutions for clients working in the field of human resources.
Victoria Coletsos, B. Ing.
Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a DESS in Management and Sustainable Development from HEC Montreal.
Passionate about data, she has worked for over 15 years in marketing analytics, strategic consulting and business intelligence in various industries.
At Videns, she uses her expertise to help organizations in their data development process.
Youssef Radi, M.Sc.
With a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montreal, Youssef has over 10 years of combined experience in dashboards and performance indicators, advanced analytics, data strategy, project management and fraud analysis in business and marketing contexts.
Youssef is passionate about data analysis with a keen sense of business, management and marketing realities. He excels at developing realistic, relevant and understandable solutions with a focus on fit.
Sarah Dupuis, M.Sc.
Sarah joined the Videns Analytics team with over three years of experience in actuarial consulting, particularly in the insurance and retirement fields. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Concordia University and a Master's degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from HEC Montreal.
Her role as a Data Scientist involves working with time series and natural language processing. Sarah particularly enjoys "making data talk". She believes that all data has stories to tell.
Gabriel Denis, B. Ing.
With a wealth of past experience in organizations where he has promoted a strong "Data driven" culture, Gabriel stands out by mastering the Power BI tool like no other! He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a certificate in Sustainable Development from Laval University, where he will also complete an MBA in Business Intelligence in the near future.
At Videns, Gabriel is responsible for translating customer needs into effective and robust business intelligence solutions.
